Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 26, 2026

This policy explains what information Sock Market collects, why, and your choices. Sock Market is operated by Fileflow Solutions Inc. (“we”, “us”). We built Sock Market for families, and we designed it to collect as little as possible — especially about children. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t show ads.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your family’s data to target ads.

Children’s privacy

Sock Market is set up and controlled by a parent or guardian. Children don’t create accounts, don’t log in, and aren’t asked to provide personal information. The only child information in the app is what a grown-up chooses to enter — typically a first name or nickname and an avatar. You are responsible for the information you enter about your children, and you can view, change, or delete it at any time. If you believe a child’s information is in the Service without a parent’s involvement, contact us and we’ll remove it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run Sock Market, under agreements that limit them to that purpose:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety, rights, or security of our users or the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

Where your data is stored

Your family’s data is stored in Canada (our database runs in the AWS Canada Central region). Some providers, such as email delivery, may process limited data elsewhere.

Security

We protect your data with per-family access controls at the database level, encryption in transit, and hashed passwords and PINs. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your family’s information safe.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can export your full money history from Settings at any time, and you can delete your account and your family’s data. To request access, correction, or deletion, email us and we’ll help.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to complain to a privacy regulator. In Canada, that regulator is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. To exercise any right, just contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know.
